Rik's passion is assisting executives in producing breakthrough results.

As president of Transformational Technologies, Inc. from 1991 to 1995, Rik co-authored a system of proprietary management consulting technologies that were licensed to over 90 management consulting firms worldwide, in the areas of breakthrough projects and breakthrough productivity, as well as corporate strategy implementation, reengineering implementation, and organizational transformation.

Rik has worked as a senior consultant for King, Chapman & Broussard, an international management consulting firm based in Houston, specializing in producing breakthrough results for clients in natural resource and heavy industries such as logging, chemicals, mining, oil and gas.

Prior to his career assisting clients in producing breakthroughs, Rik was CEO of Synex Corporation, holding company for a large international training and development company, where he was recognized for his expertise in training and coaching managers in producing breakthrough results.

Rik holds an MBA from Wharton, where he was a teaching fellow in Multinational Enterprise Consulting. He graduated from Haverford College in Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in psychology. Rik's early working career included teaching English and working in International Banking.

Rik lives in San Rafael, California, with his wife and two children.
